The Fiuggi Earth Market was inaugurated on Saturday June 9, 2012. The market, held in La Bouvette, is organized by the Slow Food Frosinone Convivium in collaboration with the Municipality of Fiuggi, and is the second Slow Food Earth Market to open in the province after the Anagni market.

The market was established after a series of meetings between Sonia Terrinoni, the councilor for production, trade and crafts, and the leader of the Frosinone Convivium, Franco Sanità. The Earth Market offers a wide selection of products, including fruit, vegetables, grains, legumes, honey, oil, typical sweets, jam, olives, preserves, sheep's milk cheeses, Marzolina, cured meats and wine. Not just any market, the Earth Market will become a hub where people can gather, share and learn, with tastings and taste education activities. Producers will only sell their own products, taking personal responsibility for their work and the quality of what they bring to the market. They will be able to narrate the products to shoppers, explaining their work and the reasons behind the prices being charged.

The Fiuggi Earth Market will be held every second Saturday of the month at La Bouvette in Via Vecchia Fiuggi, the former covered market, from 3 pm to 10 pm. The location is in the center of the hot springs area, not far from the Fonte Bonifacio, and close to ample parking.
