Earth Market Greenville USA on the Menu
Tonight in Greenville, South Carolina, USA
we celebrate the bounty of summer with "Dive Into Summer" an evening of foods from the Earth Market Greenville in collaboration with a local restaurant, under the supervision of Chef Rodney Friedank of the Table 301 group.
We are proud as well to feature several Ark of Taste products from our market most of which are specifically related to our local southeastern location in the USA.

Although we are a giant mixed up group of DNA here in the USA, and our food is beginning to reflect that, you can still
close your eyes and hum the Gershwin tune "Summertime, and the livin' is E A S Y,
from the opera "Porgy and Bess" or think about "Gone with the Wind" and you might be able to dream a little about the flavor of our unique foods grown in sand and red clay, but also envision the beauty of our place, with giant oak trees, and swingin' on a front porch in early evening.
